Contract Manufacture
We earned our experience about threads over decades and therefore we are able to support our customers in cases of production shortage and outsourcing wagework with our know how.
On our machines (conventional) we are able to do the following threading jobs:
- Thread metric M4 – M 60 and others (Infeed- and Thrufeed-Machines).
- Thread rerolling of damaged thread because of e.g. electroplating.
- Knurling (Infeed- and Thrufeed-Machines).
- Burnishing (Infeed- and Thrufeed-Machines).
- Others.
Due to our current machines we are able to fulfill also challenging duties. Furthermore we produce first samples and initial batches.
